COPD brochure form

The assignment should be in brochure form. COPD is the disease and i have listed 3 of the common medications that we are working on. Use the ‘drug card'(Virtual clinicals) sheet that I have attached as to what needs to be on the brochure Please use PowerPoint to create the brochure to make it easier for me to do voiceover. Please use US references. It could be 4 or as many as you want. Use simple language for patient to understand Each section should have no more than 2 graphics. Brochure/Pamphlet Final Project- due Module 13 The purpose for this final assignment is to pull much of the knowledge you have gathered during this course into one patient educational guide. This guide will take the form of a brochure or pamphlet, you will include a -voiceover to mimic this teaching as the nurse at the bedside. In a separate slide or page if using a word document. please include a reference page. please note APA formatting is only required for the reference page in this assignment.
For this assignment you will pick ONE of the following chronic disease states:
• COPD • CHF • Chronic kidney disease • Rheumatoid Arthritis • Parkinson’s Disease
Once you chose which disease process you would like to create your education brochure on. pick the top 3 medications or in other words the most common medications you would anticipate this patient to be prescribed based on the disease.
You will create this education utilizing the “drug card’ method you have used in previous modules to ensure you are gathering all the pertinent information to include in the brochure.
A powerpoint slide is recommended as you can easily create the brochure as well as a voiceover. You may also use a word document and add the talking points as a link or upload this separately.
