Create a PowerPoint Slide Deck that: 1. Covers most of the content from the MBA Program. 2. Is applied to your current or future (goal) employer. 3. Has enough detail and analyses to make recommendations to your/a firm. 4. Has enough content for a hypothetical 45 minute presentation with 15 minutes of Q&A. 5. Is chunked into approximately three themes that would hypothetically last 15 minutes each. Each of these themes also has approximately three main points or sub-themes. This is then easily displayed with an image at the beginning and end to visually display where you are taking/took your audience. 6. Has prepared hidden slides if your audience were to ask you more detailed questions on some of your topics. 7. Includes both quantitative and qualitative information. 8. Has bullet points, images, charts and graphs (not sentences and paragraphs).

This assignment is for pride and for you to prepare something you are proud to share and to display all the hard work you have put in. It is also to display the most important things you’ve learned. Use this slideshow as a means to subtly convince everyone you work with that you now add more value to the team.  Re-use some of the best work you did in your other classes and incorporate it into your three themes (and three sub-themes).  Be your own champion. No one will know what you have learned through this process if you do not talk about it and sell yourself (within reason). While this is not part of the course requirements, I encourage you to present this capstone slide deck to upper management or to your colleagues.  The best way to add detail is to create the slides more simply (not too many words – more about images and a few bullet points). And then include the details in the notes section in Powerpoint. Then when you upload it to Moodle. First in PPT go to view and then click on “notes page” to show the notes page. Then save as PDF so that the file size won’t be as large and I’ll be able to see your slides and your notes.  One last tip – You might not know your themes immediately and so sometimes it is easier to work backwards. Try to write out what courses you took and what they were about and why they were important and then the themes may start to emerge.08:30 am

Includes impact of the function, control of information systems resources, and evaluation of projects (cost/benefit analysis). • QMET 510: Data Analysis o Business application of multivariate methods, non-parametric methods, factor analysis, logistic regression, cluster analysis, and data mining procedures using a computer statistical package. • ACCT 526: Analytic Methods for Plan & Control o Elements necessary in an organization for effective administrative control are covered. o Emphasis is on the “use” rather than the “supplying” of accounting data.
